If canon, canon point: I am taking Tex from the point where the EMP was set off, leading to her demise. However, she was without a body at this point, and I would need to handwave that she is brought in with one of robots that the Director created and kept on hand for her. If she has to be in a body at her canon point to be able to have a body, I will choose the point where her body was destroyed in season 1 instead.
PB: n/a - Tex is a robot with the appearance of a suit of Freelancer armor
Superhero Name: Lonestar

History: http://rvb.wikia.com/wiki/Tex

Personality: Texas is at her core a manifestation of Allison’s memory as Leonard Church saw her. This is why she’s referred to as a shadow—it’s inevitable that Leonard couldn’t properly interpret every element of Allison’s personality, nor the way she had gone about her job as a soldier.

At her core, Texas is independent and inscrutable—she doesn’t share her thoughts or emotions with others easily. She knows she’s overpowered compared to the other agents, but though she takes pride in her abilities, she doesn’t rub them in the other agents’ faces. On her end, the rivalry with Carolina is taken good-naturedly—when she wishes Carolina luck on the highway, her body language is cocky but her tone is not arrogant or mocking. She again wishes Carolina luck when Carolina insists on receiving two AIs. She’s kind to Carolina after the incident on the training room floor, as well—when Carolina falls to the floor, she offers her hand to help Carolina up, which Carolina bats away.

Texas’s major turning point is the moment when she sits down and absorbs Connecticut’s evidence. Until then, she had apparently not questioned why she was kept separate from everyone else, or why she was overpowered compared to them. In fact, the only time she expressed her emotions was upon questioning from the Counselor, when she mentioned her desire to go out and fight and complained about feeling overly aggressive. But when she witnesses the files Connecticut had left behind her body language changes. She finds Allison’s picture and thoughtfully caresses the image with her hand. After this she goes among the other agents, expressing concern for Carolina and carrying on a conversation with Agent North Dakota about the trouble some other agents seemed to be in because of the AI implantations.

She does have an indelible connection to Leonard and his AI descendants, Alpha and Epsilon in particular. She doesn’t shake this off—it’s notable that despite her disapproval of what Leonard did, she doesn’t take Connecticut’s evidence to the authorities, choosing instead to dismantle his work herself. She also doesn’t come after him after the ship crashes, choosing instead to save herself from the possibility that she may be captured.

Tex’s dry sense of humor is seen when she interacts with a group of simulation soldiers later on. Someone asks her which state she represented among the Freelancers, even though he knows everyone calls her Tex, and she replies with Nevada in a deadpan tone. When Sister arrives, Texas spends time conversing with her, gossiping about the other soldiers.

When Omega threatens the simulation soldiers, Texas works to protect them, but when she learns she might be able to help win the war between the humans and aliens if she teams up with him, she’s immediately willing to do so. This shows her sense of duty, despite any affection she might feel for people she considers her friends.

Canon Powers: Texas's powers are enhancements to the suit of armor she wears.

Cloaking: Tex can switch the cloak on and turn invisible, her presence only detectable as a slight shimmer as she moves.

Super strength: Tex is seen flipping a tank during the Blood Gulch Chronicles.

Game powers: I would consider the two powers Tex is coming in with to be badass powers.

Abilities: Tex is a skilled fighter, able to predict and counteract her opponent's moves quickly because of her AI abilities. She is also an expert marksman. She can repair vehicles, and I headcanon this means she can also repair most small machines.

Setting: Tex is somewhat inscrutable about her motives, and often makes it appear she only cares about her own interests, especially her financial interests. However, she does have a sense of morals that leads to her sticking up for the innocent and helpless, and the fact that she would have the option to defend a planet from evildoers will lead to her pitching in to do her part. Though she may distance herself from others at first, I feel that long term she will be willing to become part of the team and cooperate with the plans others come up with.

SAMPLES

Prose Sample: The invitation arrives early in the afternoon; Tex looks at it, then tilts her head at the attendant who delivered it. "Are you sure you have the right person?" she asks, and when she's assured she was the intended recipient, she accepts the invitation. She can't imagine why she's been chosen to attend this dinner. She isn't exactly the most diplomatic member of the team, and it's not like she can actually partake of the meal. When she arrives she takes a position near the front table, along with some of the other guests who have arrived here from other worlds. There's nothing of much consequence that takes place—until she's questioned, that is. As the questioner continues talking, she crosses her arms in front of her, showing her impatience—this guy strikes her as a blowhard, the way he's babbling on to try to make his point. She has been here long enough to feel invested in the situation, has come to know the people and their plight, and she has no intention of striking out on her own at this point. Still, being questioned like that makes it tempting. The dignitary who's questioning her seems to have made a point of doing this publicly. She dislikes the attitude behind it, and it's just that sort of thing that makes her tend to keep to herself, to work on her own. However, this isn't the time or place for her to get demonstrably upset. She merely pauses after the man finishes talking, giving his question a moment to hang in the air before responding.

"You know, I didn't ask to come here," she says. "I've just been making the best of the situation as it stands. If you want to know if I'm just going to leave, though, the answer is no. I agreed to help out, and when I make a promise, I'm in it for the long haul. If you want to know more you can call me to testify through more official channels, because I'm not going to stand here and be interrogated like this. This isn't what I was supposed to be coming here to do."

Network Sample: [ It's not long since Tex arrived here, and she hasn't made a post on the open network as of yet. She's been observing the goings-on here, though, and she is starting to get a feel for what kind of place this is. It's a good thing, in her estimation, that there are so many people here willing to help each other out, and help out the general population. She has her questions about the whole thing, though. Someone suggested she make a personal log to get her feelings about it down, but that seems like a pointless exercise to her. After all, she's an AI—she can just make note of it and remember it, if there's anything like that she finds important to remember. Instead she flicks on the open broadcast so she can speak to everyone on the network. ]

Listen, I know not everyone here has decided to sign up to be a Legionnaire. What I'm wondering is what you have all decided to do instead. And I want to know why you decided to do that.

[ She's not going to be open about it on the network, but her number one concern is money. And maybe she's being all-too-predictable with that. But as much as she cares about sticking up for the little guy, she has to look out for number one first. ]
